Periodontologist Nikolaos Delendas graduated from the School of Dentistry, University of Athens in 1992. In 1993 he attended the post graduate program in the field of Periodontology at Eastman Dental Institute, University of London from which he was awarded the degree of Master of Science.
Upon his return to Greece, he is appointed as Scientific Supervisor at the School of Dentistry, in the Faculty of Periodontology while in 1996, he begins his personal private practice exclusively in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
Dr Nikolaos Delendas was a member of the Board of the Hellenic Society of Periodontology for 4 years. He is also a member of the following Foreign Societies: British Society Of Periodontology, European Society of Osseointergration,European Society of Periodontology, and Computer Aided Implantology Academy. Regarding further educational training, Dr Delendas participates in many international Congresses and specialized seminars in the fields of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and has trained many dentists in Periodontal and Implant Surgery seminars, with ongoing work up to date.
​He has been one of the pioneers in the implementation of Guided Implant Surgery in Greece since 2005 with special interest in Fully Guided Surgery. Today almost 90% of his dental implant cases are done by Guided Surgery. In 2019 Dr Delendas becomes a member of an educational team in the University of Athens which runs a programme in Digital Technology and 3D Printing in Medicine and Dentistry.
